Apologies for absence.2. To approve the Minutes of the last Annual General Meeting.3. To consider and approve the Annual Accounts.4. To formally elect our new President for the ensuing year.5. To elect Officers of the Club for the ensuing year.6. To elect the General Committee for the ensuing year.7. To consider any other business.
