A little Romance for Valentine's weekend

Mr David Davis and his wife Pat came to our recent photographic exhibition at Tettenhall. David attended TC and left in 1963. At the time the College was for boys only and in a rather quaint tradition they regularly brought in girls from the local schools to help teach the boys to dance. Pat was one of those girls and remembers travelling to and from her school on the bus and chatting to many of the TC day pupils. However, it was David who caught her eye and she his. He told me that he could remember her coming in to theTowers theatre and so he had very fond memories of the place. They have been married for many years and allthough they live in Eastbourne now, they still have family in the area. The exhibition gave them a great excuse to get back in touch with us and come and have a look around at the college.
